Feejee Experience travel passes are valid for travel in one direction over the sector which the pass name refers to from the first date of travel for up to a 12 month period; or until the pass holder has travelled once over all sections of the travel pass, within the 12 month period.
First day of travel must commence within 24 months of the date of purchasing the pass.
Travel agent vouchers or website E-Tickets must be exchanged for the appropriate Feejee Experience ticket before the holder is able to travel on a Feejee Experience service. This can be done upon arrival at the Feejee Experience office located in the Nadi International Airport or by calling Feejee Experience upon arrival.
Expired passes can be extended for a further period for a fee of FJ$50.00 per 3 month period of extension. Extension of pass validity must be requested prior to expiry date.
Feejee Experience assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. Upon proof of purchase, a replacement ticket will be issued by Feejee Experience’s office or staff only, and a FJ$25.00 re-issue fee will apply.
Feejee Experience passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation policy for all bookings: NZ$200. Where the value of the ticket is less than FJ$200 in the currency of original booking, the cancellation fee is equivalent to the cost of the ticket.
Travel reservations are required and should be made at least 24 hours before departure to confirm a seat. Changes of confirmation travel dates must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure by the ticket holder by contacting our reservations department. No Shows: Should a passenger fail to show for a booked and confirmed departure from any point the passengers ticket will become void until a FJ$50.00 penalty is paid to reinstate the validity of the ticket.
All fares, routes, pricing, inclusions, accommodation operators and departure times are subject to alterations without notice. Feejee Experience reserves the right to substitute other vehicles in place of their own in circumstances beyond their control. Feejee Experience product inclusions and advertised accommodation operators will be provided where possible and we will not be liable for unavailability due to prior bookings, cancellations due to weather, political, religious or other cultural/tribal reasons which may occur given the environment we operate within.
Feejee Experience will endeavour to adhere to stated departure and arrival times but will not be liable for any failure to meet those times or cancellations due to weather or any other conditions.
Feejee Experience shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or consequential upon, directly or indirectly, an abandonment of, delay in departure or delay during any trip however caused. Feejee Experience has preferred agreements with accommodation providers and other transport operators we use however cannot always guarantee your first choice of accommodation or transport.
Feejee Experience reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage or goods without giving any reason.
Feejee Experience will not be liable for the sickness, injury or death to any passengers, loss of or damage of any personal effects, whether caused by Feejee Experience negligence or otherwise. The purchaser of this ticket and passenger jointly and severely agree to indemnify Feejee Experience against liability to any person on whose behalf the ticket was purchased.
Where the services of a third party operator are provided in a Feejee Experience pass it is agreed and understood that Feejee Experience is acting only as an agent for the passenger to arrange such services and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any default of that operator. These services include marine operations to islands outside of Viti Levu as these are operated by third party operators. Passengers should ensure they are aware of the third party operator terms & conditions also before boarding any marine vessel. These terms & conditions can be obtained by contacting Feejee Experience directly.
Passengers understand that Feejee Experience only provide tour guides for the Viti Levu portion of the pass. The other marine and outer island portions are carried out by third party operators who provide a high level of customer service and staffing but not at all times a specific guide.
Child fares for Feejee Experience tickets under 15 years old, 50% off the full rate for Hula Loop only or full price for all other Feejee Experience passes or add on passes. Passengers under 18 years must travel with their legal parent(s), spouse or guardian. There must be at least one adult per two passengers under 18 years old travelling. Identification may be requested.
