Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Feejee Experience Terms and Conditions:

  1. Feejee Experience travel passes are valid for travel in one direction over the sector which the pass name refers to from the first date of travel for up to a 12 month period; or until the pass holder has travelled once over all sections of the travel pass, within the 12 month period.
  2. First day of travel must commence within 12 months of the date of travel pass purchase.
  3. Travel agent vouchers or website E-Tickets must be exchanged for the appropriate Feejee Experience travel pass before the holder is able to travel on a Feejee Experience service upon arrival at the Feejee Experience office at Nadi international Airport.
  4. Expired travel passes can be extended for a further period for a fee of FJ$50 per 3 month period of extension. Extension of pass validity must be requested prior to expiry date.
  5. Feejee Experience takes no responsibility for lost or stolen travel passes. Upon proof of purchase, Feejee Experience at its discretion may issue a replacement travel pass. A FJ$25.00 re-issue fee will apply.
  6. Feejee Experience passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. Cancellation policy for all bookings:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         • Cancellation outside 7 days(exclusive) of departure – FJ$200.00. Where the value of the travel pass is less than FJ$200 the cancellation fee is equivalent to the cost of the travel pass
    • Bookings cancelled within 7 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee
    • Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee
  8. Travel reservations are required and should be made at least 48 hours before departure to assure a seat. Changes of confirmation travel dates must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure changes by contacting Feejee Experience Phone: +679 6723311 or Email: enquiries@feejeeexperience.com. Feejee Experience takes no responsibility for any reservations made by guide or anyone else on your behalf.
  9. No Shows Fiji: Should a passenger fail to show for a booked and confirmed departure from any point the travel pass will become void until a FJ$50.00 penalty is paid to reinstate the validity of the ticket.
  10. All fares, routes, pricing, inclusions, accommodation operators and departure times are subject to alterations without notice. Feejee Experience reserves the right to substitute other vehicles in place of their own in circumstances beyond their control. Feejee Experience product inclusions and advertised accommodation operators will be provided where possible and we will not be liable for cancellations due to weather, political, religious or other cultural/tribal reasons which may occur given the environment we operate within.
  11. During busy periods Feejee Experience reserves the right to substitute any accommodation provider for an alternative of an equal or higher standard. Accommodation providers which may be used as alternatives but not limited to is Bounty Island, Club Oceanus, Coral View Resort, The Beachouse and others.
  12. Feejee Experience will endeavor to adhere to stated departure and arrival times but will not be liable for any failure to meet those times or cancellations due to weather or any other conditions.
  13. Feejee Experience shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or consequential upon, directly or indirectly, an abandonment of, delay in departure or delay during any trip however caused.
  14. Feejee Experience has preferred agreements with accommodation providers however cannot always guarantee your first choice of accommodation.
  15. Feejee Experience reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage or goods without giving any reason.
  16. Feejee Experience will not be liable for the sickness, injury or death to any passengers, loss of or damage of any personal effects, whether caused by Feejee Experiences negligence or otherwise.
  17. The purchaser of the travel pass and passenger jointly and severally agree to indemnify Feejee Experience against liability to any person on whose behalf the travel pass was purchased.
  18. Feejee Experience is acting only as a sales agent for the Feejee Diver, Experienced Diver and any other scuba dive activity packages operated by RA Divers Limited and others. Feejee Experience assumes no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to property, personal injury or death, whilst the purchaser is undertaking the activities operated by R A Divers Limited or any other scuba dive operation
  19.  Where the services of another operator are provided for in this ticket it is agreed and understood that Feejee Experience is acting only as an agent for the passenger to arrange such services and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any default of that operator. All marine operations are not operated by Feejee Experience but by a 3rd party operator.
  20. Child under 15years is entitled to a fare of 50% discount and applicable only on the ‘Hula Loop’ pass. All other passes are at the advertised price. Passengers under 18 years must travel with their parent(s) or guardian. There must be at least one parent or guardian for every 2 passengers under 18years old. Proof of identification and age may be requested an failure to provide suck proof may invalidate your travel pass.
  21. Feejee Experience reserve the right to implement a surcharge should the price of fuel or operator costs increase due to unforeseeable circumstances out of the control of Feejee Experience.
  22. Feejee Experience will not be liable for breech or any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions where such breach or failure is caused by anything beyond Feejee Experience’s reasonable control including but not limited to, war, civil commotion, hostility, act of terrorism, strike lockout, other industrial act, weather phenomina or other act of God, or government regulations or direction.
  23. Feejee Experience strongly advised all customers travelling have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any personal loss, damage, injury or death whilst travelling in Fiji.
