WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY FIJI PASSES?...

Depending on whether you've purchsed a 'Transport Only' or 'Accommodation Inclusive' pass then your accommodation may or may be included! I'm sure you can work that one out!

Transport on our modern air-conditioned buses, services of your Driver and Guide including commentary and safety training, accommodation bookings (where needed), optional paid activities bookings, and included activities everyday. Trips include visiting heaps of places that would cost you extra if you travelled alone or on a normal bus service.

For those who have purchased a trip which goes to the outer islands then all marine transport is included.  Meals are included where mentioned in the itineraray otherwise all Feejee Experience resorts have great value restaurants.

WHAT ACCOMODATION DO YOU RECOMMEND?...

Shared dorm option is for those travellers who are travelling alone and want a budget but comfortable accommodation option.

Private double / twin option is for friends or couples who want a private room.We don't advertise a single traveller private room however we can quote upon enquiry.

HOW DO I BOOK OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES?...

Like accommodation this can all be booked through your Guide and your bus pass entitles you to some fantastic activity discounts along the way. So, to take advantage of those great freebies and discounts; be sure to ask your Guide. Those wanting to shark dive or take a scuba diving course, we recommend you book in advance.

HOW DO I GET TO THE OUTER ISLANDS?...

For Beachcomber and Mantaray Islands, this transport is provided by the Yasawa Flyer. There is no Guide on the trip from Nadi to the islands however when you arrive the staff are there to give you island fever!! The vessel departs and returns daily.

For Robinson Crusoe Island there is a land transfer provided by TTF and then a short 20 minute boat ride in the resorts own boat. For those on the Sail Away With Me Honey pass, the sailing ship is the 'Spirit of the Pacific' operated by Captain Cook Cruises.

HOW DO I BEGIN MY TRAVEL?...

When you buy your Fiji pass(es), you’re given the option of selecting a start date, or leaving the pass open dated. If you have an open dated pass then you’ll need to contact us once you know what day you want to start your Feejee Experience. The more notice you can give us the better so that we can confirm there’s a seat for you when you want it. Some passes have fixed starting points whereas others allow you to start from anywhere along the route. See the passes page for these full details and to compare pass options.

CAN I CHANGE MY DEPARTURE DATES?...

Absolutely! If you could give us as much notice as possible that would be great. Just contact us and let us know your plans.

WHAT IS “Hop-on, Hop-Off” & WHERE CAN I GET OFF?...

This applies to the Transport only passes of - Hula Loop & Big Kahuna. Our hop-on, hop-off system allows you to get off our route wherever you like for as long as you like. We encourage you to jump off the bus and explore the Fiji Islands in more detail. So if you’ve found somewhere you like that look of, or know you want to spend extra time doing an activity, or volunteer position, make the most of it. If you’re not sure where to get off talk to your Driver or Guide, other passengers, and take a look through our helpful Feejee Experience: Exposed! onboard coach magazine.

HOW DO I GET BACK ON AGAIN?...

When you’re ready to get back on, whether it’s two days later or the next month, just give us a call and we’ll arrange a seat for you on the next bus. Try to give us at least 24 hours notice, although again the more notice you can give us the better. Check out our bus timetable to see what dates and times we depart each location.

HOW LONG CAN I TRAVEL FOR?...

Once you’ve purchased your Fiji pass you have 12 months to begin actually travelling on it and then once you start your Fiji trip pass you have 12 months to complete it. If you’ve got the time you should definitely take it. Each sector of each pass can only be travelled once. However, see your Guide for repeat trip discounts.

WHAT IF I'M TRAVELLING ON MY OWN?...

A good portion of people who start Feejee Experience are doing it on their own, but you wouldn’t know it by the end of their trip. You’ll meet all sorts of people from all over the world and quite a few locals too. We’ve had people start off as strangers and become lifelong friends forever. The great people you meet is one of the best things about Feejee Experience.

ARE THERE ANY AGE LIMITS?...

Age is not a barrier! We have proudly taken passengers of all ages on the Feejee Experience from 18 year old gap year students through to 70 year old holiday makers – it’s about attitude and wanting to see the best of what Fiji can offer. The oldest we’ve had is an 86 year old and she absolutely loved it!

We do ask that all passengers 18 years or younger travel with a legal guardian.
