Feejee Experience Terms and Conditions:

 

 

     
  1. Feejee Experience rates are on travel dates.
  2. Feejee Experience travel passes are valid for travel in one direction over the sector which the pass name refers to on confirmed date.
  3. All passes where outer island resorts are included are on availability basis only. Compulsory meal plan applies to all outer islands that is payable direct to the island resorts upon check-in.
  4. Travel agent vouchers or website E-Tickets must be exchanged for the appropriate Feejee Experience travel document before the holder is able to travel on a Feejee Experience service upon arrival at the Feejee Experience office at Nadi international Airport.
  5. Feejee Experience passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  6. Feejee Experience passes are not on open dated sale. All bookings must have a confirmed departure date.
  7. Cancellation policy for all bookings:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           • Cancellation received 22 -30 days (inclusive)prior to travel – 25% of the pass rate will apply
    • Cancellation received 8 - 21 days (inclusive) prior to travel – 50% of the pass rate will apply
    • cancellation received 7 days prior to travel - full cancellation fee applies
    • Bookings cancelled outside of 30days will incur a fee of F$50.00.
  8. No Shows: Should a passenger fail to show for a booked and confirmed departure from any point the travel pass will become void until a FJ$50.00 penalty is paid to reinstate the ticket while on the trip. Otherwise a full no show fee applies.
  9. Travel reservations are required and should be made at least 48 hours before departure to assure a seat. Changes on confirmation travel dates must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure by contacting Feejee Experience Phone: +679 6723311 or Email: enquiry@ttf.com.fj Feejee Experience takes no responsibility for any reservations made by guide or anyone else on your behalf.
  10. Amendments to any travel date or pass must be made 30 days prior to travel to avoid any additional fee.
  11. All fares, routes, pricing, inclusions, accommodation operators and departure times are subject to alterations without notice. Feejee Experience reserves the right to substitute other vehicles in place of their own in circumstances beyond their control. Feejee Experience product inclusions and advertised accommodation operators will be provided where possible and we will not be liable for cancellations due to weather, political, religious or other cultural/tribal reasons which may occur given the environment we operate within.
  12. Feejee Experience has preferred agreements with accommodation providers however cannot always guarantee your first choice of accommodation.
  13. During busy periods Feejee Experience reserves the right to substitute any accommodation provider for an alternative of an equal standard. Accommodation providers which may be used as alternatives but not limited to is Bounty Island, Club Oceanus, Coral View Resort, The Beach House, and others.
  14. Feejee Experience will endeavor to adhere to stated departure and arrival times but will not be liable for any failure to meet those times or cancellations due to weather or any other conditions.
  15. Feejee Experience shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or consequential upon, directly or indirectly, an abandonment of, delay in departure or delay during any trip however caused.
  16. Feejee Experience reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage or goods without giving any reason.
  17. Feejee Experience will not be liable for the sickness, injury or death to any passengers, loss of or damage of any personal effects, whether caused by Feejee Experiences negligence or otherwise.
  18. The purchaser of the travel pass and passenger jointly and severally agree to indemnify Feejee Experience against liability to any person on whose behalf the travel pass was purchased.
  19. Where the services of another operator are provided for in this ticket it is agreed and understood that Feejee Experience is acting only as an agent for the passenger to arrange such services and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any default of that operator. All marine operations are not operated by Feejee Experience but by a 3rd party operator.
  20. Passengers under 17 years must travel with their parent(s) or guardian. There must be at least one parent or guardian for every 2 passengers under 17years old. Proof of identification and age may be requested and failure to provide such proof may invalidate your travel pass.
  21. Feejee Experience reserve the right to implement a surcharge should the price of fuel or operator costs increase due to unforeseeable circumstances out of the control of Feejee Experience.
  22. Feejee Experience will not be liable for breech or any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions where such breach or failure is caused by anything beyond Feejee Experience’s reasonable control including but not limited to, war, civil commotion, hostility, act of terrorism, strike lockout, other industrial act, weather phenomena or other act of God, or government regulations or direction.
  23. Feejee Experience strongly advised all customers travelling have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any personal loss or damage, disruptions due to weather phenomena, injury or death whilst travelling in Fiji.
  24. Any client departing before the completion of any package will incur additional cost where a separate transfer will need to be provided to connect them with their flights.
